Whether you want to lose weight, maintain your current weight, or just live a healthier life, adding Chinese green tea to your diet is a wonderful move in a positive direction. Chinese people have been consuming green tea on a daily basis for thousands of years. They use it in their ceremonies as well as a primary beverage for meals.

The Chinese have known for years that green tea in your diet makes for a healthy person. Now it’s time we implemented what they already knew and start to live better, longer lives.
